James Voyer joined the Port of Palm Beach as Director of Finance in June 2024. Voyer and his wife relocated from Lincoln, Rhode Island to Palm Beach County in January of 2023. Prior to joining the Port, Voyer worked in accounting and finance for the past 30 years in several industries including heavy manufacturing, food service distribution, transportation, education, and human services. For the past 15 years, he has been working as a Chief Financial Officer.
Voyer graduated from Bryant University with a Masters Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA).
In his spare time, Voyer enjoys watercolor painting.
