The Port of Palm Beach District (Port) is advertising an Invitation to Bid from qualified and experienced firms to provide repair services to the Port’s Slip No. 2 Roll-on Roll-off space.   

The project generally consists of demolishing the damaged concrete seawall cap and decking, and constructing new cap, decking, and accessories.     

Electronic procurement documents will be available on DemandStar (www.demandstar.com) on Friday, February 2, 2024 @ 5:00 P.M. EST.  Interested firms should obtain a copy of the procurement documents directly from DemandStar. 

The Port will hold a non-mandatory pre-bid conference on Thursday, February 8, 2024 at 1:00 P.M. EST at One East 11th Street, Riviera Beach, Florida 33404, 6th Floor. 

The deadline for electronic bid submittals is Friday, February 23, 2024, no later than 3:00 P.M. EST.  Interested firms are required to submit a completed electronic response via DemandStar.

The Port shall use its best efforts to ensure that Minority/Women Businesses Enterprises have an equitable opportunity to participate in the Port’s procurement process. The Board has set a voluntary goal of 12% M/WBE participation in Port business.  In order to qualify as a Minority/Woman Business Enterprise, the firm must be certified by any certifying governmental entity in Palm Beach County.
