[ARCHIVED] Port of Palm Beach donates more than $3,500 in school supplies to local schools
The Port of Palm Beach is thrilled to announce that with the overwhelming support of our amazing Port tenants Emerge Cargo Solutions, SSI Petroleum, CEMEX, Heavy Lift Services, Inc., Margaritvaille at Sea and business partner Florida Crystals Corporation, we collected more than $3,500 worth of school supplies for City of Riviera Beach elementary schools! This was the Port's first annual "Sponsor a Classroom" drive. Teachers often dig into their own pockets to provide essential materials for their students, and we are deeply grateful to our generous port community for stepping up to make a difference. Your contributions will directly impact the lives of young learners and create a more nurturing learning environment for them.
Port staff and members of our Port Family Heavy Lift Services VP Tina Guarino Dias, CEMEX Terminal Manager Matt Horne & RJ and Lisa Black with Emerge Cargo Solutions had the privilege of delivering donated school supplies to the following elementary schools:
Dr. Mary McLeod
The appreciation from the principals and staff was heartwarming and we are grateful for the dedicated teachers and administrators who are shaping the future of our younger generations.
Thank you all once again for making this initiative such a resounding success!
