Port staff members received a delicious pie for their Thanksgiving festivities. The extra pies were donated to the Port of Palm Beach Seafarers’ Center for vessel crews working in Port during the holiday.
Each pie purchased by our Commissioners will underwrite a week of hot, nutritious meals for local, homebound seniors. Port Chairman Blair Ciklin spearheaded the port's participation by encouraging the other commissioners to donate from their Commissioners Community grant funds. Together the Commissioners raised $900 to support homebound seniors.
