Port of Palm Beach Director of Planning and Development, Carl Baker, began his career at the Port in 1991 as security officer. Today, he is the Port’s longest-tenured employee. Carl has worked in nearly every department. We salute Carl for his hard work, dedication and loyalty to the Port.
