Berth 1 reopened this week after undergoing extensive renovations.
The $4.5 million construction project replaced about 425 feet of sea wall which included installing new bulkhead using steel sheet pile, tieback anchors, a concrete cap, marine bollards and fenders.
The construction also included rebuilding a prop-wash wall to match the existing structure.
Berth One International welcomed it's first luxury mega yacht named Aviva the morning of January 8th.
