This Addendum modifies, changes from or adds to the Request for Proposals dated March 10, 2019, and shall become a part of the RFP.
Proposers shall acknowledge receipt of this Addendum in the space provided on the Proposal Form – Lump Sum. Failure to do so may be cause for disqualification of
Proposer.
