[ARCHIVED] Todd Scaife Promoted to Port Duty Officer

We are pleased to announce the promotion of Todd Scaife to Port Duty Officer. In this role, Todd will oversee daily port operations, coordinate vessel traffic, support regulatory compliance, and respond to operational and safety matters throughout the harbor. Todd’s experience, leadership, and dedication to excellence have prepared him well for this important responsibility, and we look forward to his continued impact in this new position.

Todd has been with the Port for over six years, serving in the Facilities Department and playing a key role as a Locomotive Engineer and Facilities Worker. Prior to joining the Port, Todd worked with Tropical Shipping. We look forward to his continued contributions and to the valuable port experience he brings to his new role.
