The Port
of Palm Beach District is soliciting sealed bid responses
for 2004 Asset Sale.
Sealed responses must be delivered to and accepted by The
Port of Palm Beach District at One East 11th Street 4th
Floor, Riviera Beach, Florida 33404 until, but no later
than, 10:00AM on Wednesday, April 14, 2004.
Bid
documents are available from the Port of Palm Beach
District April 5, 2004 between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
The
Port reserves the right to waive any technicalities/
irregularities and/or to reject any and/or all Bids.
The
Port further reserves the right to award the Bidder whose
submittal best serves the interest of the Port, in the
sole discretion of the Port.
