Commissioners and Staff at the PPB welcomed Palm Beach
County, City of Riviera Beach and project contractors to
celebrate the beginning of construction to redevelop 13th
Street. This $11 million project, which has been underway
for two months, will create a beautiful east-west corridor
in the City of Riviera Beach as one of the main roads for
passengers and visitors to the port. The project
represents a successful cooperative effort of the three
entities including securing of appropriate compensation
and relocation for those who lived on more than forty
parcels.
